  • All of Bway.net's DSL circuits are always on, dedicated connections
  • Circuit speeds are best effort only
  • One year minimum contract on all ADSL services
  • Early cancellation fee $150 (cancellation must be requested in writing--to disconnect@bway.net--with 30 days notice)
  • End user must have a PC / Mac with PCI, USB, or Ethernet port
  • Technician dispatch $199 minimum
  • $99 for missed, scheduled appointments
  • Other terms and conditions may apply
